  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
  I placed an order for a fresh fruit basket to be delivered to my son in hospital, one week later it still has not arrived.
  Worse, they refuse to refund my money, and keep sending emails claiming that my order is to be delivered shortly, or that they will resend my order!
  Does not make any sense, and they DON'T CARE.
  I have referred to Consumer protection.

  My birthday was on 21st August 2020, My son sent me flowers on 20th August 2020 by Bloomex, The flowers were delivered to me on Tuesday 25th August 2020. Nearly Dead. I told my son never to use Bloomex again as far as they are the Australia's official florist, God help Australia.

  Terrible service! Flowers was delivered a week later and arrived DEAD! Leaves were damaged and petals falling off...even worse it was sympathy flowers. How embarrassing for me and awful for the family to receive dead flowers. What a disappointment and awful thing experience... When approached was asked to send proof of photos of the flowers sent for sympathy flowers...how on earth do you expect me to do so after this? Wasn't great talking over online chat and couldn't speak to someone directly...after they told me that the matter is being investigated chat was closed abruptly. Now i'm left waiting...
